How to make an exchange?

  • We only accept exchanges if the reason is a manufacturing defect or damaged item. The consumer has a maximum term of 14 days, counting from the day you receive the order, to contact Jasmim Jewels by sending an email to jasmim.jewels@gmail.com.
  • After contacting us, we will ask for photos of the item in question for evaluation and if it is found that the item has a manufacturing defect, you can choose between making an exchange for the same item or returning it. In both cases, you must first send the information to our office. Pieces damaged (shipping costs in this specific case will be
    entirely paid for by Jasmim Jewels).  
  •  Only when we receive the pieces in our office we will proceed to send the new order (exchange) or return. 

 

How to make a return?

  • Within the scope of the right of free termination of the contract (see below) the customer has 14 days, from the day he receives the order, to make the return of the items. To exercise this right, you must state unequivocally that you intend to terminate the contract and must return the entire article, in the same condition as it was sold, without signs of misuse, in the original packaging and in good condition.
  • If so, the consumer can exercise the right of free resolution by sending an email to jasmim.jewels@gmail.com to state unequivocally that you intend to terminate the contract and with complete information about the items you intend to return. This contact must be made within a maximum period of 14 days. We will give instructions to proceed with the shipment of the pieces. 
  • The return by the customer must be made within a maximum period of 14 days after communication of the decision to terminate the contract under the Right of Free Resolution. 
  • Upon receipt of the pieces in their original condition at our office, you will receive a refund of the value of your purchase without shipping costs included. If our tests prove that the pieces have already been used or changed (excluding for experimenting), we will not accept the return. The pieces will be returned to the customer again. 

 

Right of Free Termination of the Contract

  • In the context of online shopping (online), the consumer has a period of 14 days, counting from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the goods or from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the last item, in the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to return your order Jasmim Jewels, free of charge in addition to those established in this clause and without the need to indicate the reason, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 10 of DL nº 24 / 2014, of February 14, in its current version.
  • After we have received the pieces, please allow 1-7 days to receive a refund, without shipping costs included. The refund will be made through the same payment method that was used in the initial purchase.
  • Without prejudice to the foregoing, the following are excluded from the Right of Free Termination of the Contract (ie they cannot be returned): 

- Personalized products, such as recordings, special measures;

- Products with signs of use.
